Scale Theory provides digital agency services including but not limited to website development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, software development, and CRM solutions. Specific terms for each client engagement are set out in individual project agreements or service agreements signed at the start of an engagement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Scale Theory and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Work product delivered to clients becomes client property upon full payment as specified in the relevant project agreement.
Scale Theory provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
While we work hard to deliver measurable results, digital marketing and SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (search algorithm changes, market conditions, competition). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Payment terms for client engagements are specified in individual service agreements. For month-to-month services, invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Overdue invoices may result in paused services. All fees are in USD.
Either party may terminate a month-to-month service engagement with 30 days written notice. Project-based agreements may be terminated per the terms of the signed project agreement. Upon termination, all client assets, accounts, and data are returned to the client within 14 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
